Joyce Fredo, the agency’s New York Director, is a public relations professional with extensive expertise in launching consumer products in the U.S. market for foreign-based clients. She has broad experience in the travel and food sectors.

The former Public Relations Director for the Venice Simplon Orient Express luxury train and hotels, she was also Vice President of Chiat-Day Public Relations in New York, representing clients including American Express Travel Related Services, I Love New York, Doral Hotels & Resorts, Trafalgar Tours, Canadian National Hotels, and The Stanhope Hotel.

Joyce began her career as a journalist, initially writing for a Connecticut newspaper, and later for The New York Times, Travel & Leisure Magazine, and Country Living Magazine as a freelance writer. As a public relations executive in New York she established a brand identity for clients through extensive media relations on a global scale.

As a public relations consultant she has created national awareness, and measurably increased sales through e-commerce, for British companies including Filofax and In The English Manner. She also has represented South African Airways, Spain’s Andalusian Express luxury train, Bon Campo Foods, New York’s Regency Hotel, Flexible Resources, Xerox, and has developed media tours for national recognized chefs for the Italian Trade Commission.
